Production Requirements
Accepted Materials:
Digitized artwork only in:
Adobe Illustrator (fonts converted to outlines)
Adobe InDesign CS or CS2
Adobe Photoshop
PDF ads optimized for printing
All images must accompany digital files. Images should be placed at 300 DPI and 100% of size. Colors must be set in CMYK. All Illustrator files should have fonts changed to outlines and saved in EPS format. A laser proof must accompany documents to be faxed. Color proofs are recommend.

Printing
Submission of print-ready art is the responsibility of the advertiser. The press we use is sheet-fed, perfect bound, 250-line screen.
- Build bleed on all 4 sides of ads
- Trim size is 7 x 7
- Live area: leave 1/4" from trim
- Rich black: 50C, 30M, 20Y, 100K
Production Charges
Advertisers will be billed for all production and handling charges if materials do not conform to publisher's specifications. Advertisers not using an agency will be bille $220 for full page ad production and $110 for 1/2 page. |
