The most comprehensive website to consult when you are undertaking a move. It features how to choose a mover, avoiding rogue movers, moving checklist, understanding insurance options, complaint hotline. Invaluable! A result of a partnership proposed by Congress that includes the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT); state attorneys general; and local law enforcement agencies, as well as moving industry and consumer groups like the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) and the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
